The staff at Mastiff Grand Manali resort were highly professional with their services. The room presented to us were tidy and staff made sure they remain the same. The property offers one of the most pleasant view the one could find in Manali . Overall an excellent experience through and through.

I am a retired surgeon from United States. Just for the location of this hotel at the foothills of Himalayas and the river flowing just under my window, I selected this hotel but more than anything else everything was just amazing including the hospitality and services rended to me byHarish ji and Bhagat ji and the staff ,at all my mails was catered to me with utmost care and warmth.. thee food was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel .you get more than what you pay for on what you pay for. Amenities,cleanliness, surroundings and hospitality were better than europe. COME STAY HERE FOR UNIQUE EPERIANCE thank you very much .
